DecoderS collects only the minimum data necessary to operate our services: usernames, encrypted passwords, HWID identifiers for license validation, and order information. We never sell or share your data with third parties. HWID data is used exclusively for license binding and is stored in encrypted form.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer replacements if a product fails to function as described. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
